The cal look drag day
With stefan buzzing to get his turbo down the strip, we all headed to Shakespeare county raceway for the annual cal look drag day. The sun was on our side (for a change) and we had a great weekend.
Not the quickest times for Jonno or Stef but its all progress! Cheers to Joss, Danny and a couple of others for the pics.
Volksworld 2013
Well despite the terrible weather, we all had a fantastic weekend. Starting out on an dry but cold Friday morning we met up with our vintage bro’s RSVP. With Steve and Paul debuting their new rides excitement was in the air… Short lived for Steve as his ghia put up a fight. (he got it there eventually)
We were proud to be invited back by volksworld, having 10 cars outside and 2 indoors we believe we had as much of a presence as some much larger clubs.
It was also great to meet up with our friends from around the country and Europe, including the lads from Barcelona – Panscrapers. Fair play chaps.
DTA Volksworld cover car
Make sure you pick up a copy of the newest (May) edition of Volksworld. Our very own Dave Eadon has got cover with his resto cal 72.
Not to mention, the feature was shot by our member Dan du Cros
Freddy files, Ninove 2013
What an awesome weekend. Starting Friday morning from a cold and damp Solihull we arrived back late Monday morning to 3 inches of snow… This wasn’t popular with 4 very low VW’s!
The show itself was epic despite it raining. Other weekend highlights include the Witkap brewery and Roxys bar. Not to mention our messy Friday night in Brugge…
More pictures will follow.
